A Home Sale Consultation is a necessary first step in successfully selling your home.

The purpose of a Home Sale Consultation is to not redecorate your home or remove items that are needed to live on a day-to-day basis. Instead, my Consultation provides guidance to best prepare your home – inside and outside – to appeal to a broad spectrum of potential buyers and to show that your property has been well maintained.

A room-by-room Consultation is usually completed within two to three hours, and it can include you and/or your Realtor.

I also provide furniture and accessory arranging, furnishing leasing and purchasing options, and carpet, paint color and professional organizing services.

My written Home Sale Consultation provides:
  • Needed feedback on how potential buyers are seeing the property
  • A room-by-room “to-do” list that usually requires only a small amount of time and effort to create the space buyers want to own
